I think if you feel like writing, then write. Most of the erotica here (and pretty much everywhere) is dreck and painful to read. Putting a personal blog out there exposes you (for better and worse), so you (one) needs to be clear on the motivation. As a reader, you tend to "follow" interesting and well written blogs, but it is clear that there are a vast range of reasons why folk chose to blog.

How to raise the awareness of Blogs among the Fuck Hub users? Many don't even know this feature exists even the Gold Members. Particularly those who use it on their phone with apps. Agreed, should be in one of their FYI pages. Duh! I'm a writer and yet I find it easier for me to post in Erotic Stories rather than doing a blog page. And for the most part it seems most older men read ES. The younger men don't like my erotic stories because they are mini novels where there is character development and story development often way ahead of an actual sex scene. Though I like to write longer stories, I've found that it is the short story with the greater part of it describing sex that get the higher ratings, regardless if it is as well written as the longer stories. Sigh. Such are the people who actually still read today. Microwave generation. I suppose that is why blogs are more popular. Thanks for sharing. Might have to rethink this and do more blogging. But there again, most of A F F is male populated and they almost without exception read the Female blogs. I know I do! LOL

If you do go to erotic stories, also look at my old profile, fitdaddy7. There I have a 9 chapter story, "This Side of Death." Or look for me on Literotica. Same user name minus the number. Most of my works are on there. A one chapter story is "Phyllis" and a 3 chapter story "Buster and Holly." Please comment on there. Thx.

On here they are all type of writers, poets, Journalists etc, people whom love to express themselves. Eventhough some might seem similar, but now is really alike, well kinda, everyones is different. Some got a lot to say, while others are hardly notice.
