I know what you mean. I'm normally an active person who likes to get out and do things and with the current situation it sucks. Sometimes the best thing to do is just let it out...cry, punch a pillow...whatever works best for you.

I'm currently using a motorcyclist/cyclist/walker neck-warmer - it's comfy, reusable after a wash, and it covers my neck/face so that I don't need to shave before I go out!

Sadly, and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone, as soon as I enter the shop the glasses steam up and I'm walking through the aisles with my head tipped back to try and look under the lenses, or head tipped forward so I can see over the top of them.

People must think I'm about to sneeze.

I am considered to be in a risk category so from day 1, I adopted the use of wearing a mask. Now, not only are they required on public transit, they must be worn in all 'indoor spaces'. Sure it was a little uncomfortable at first, especially the way glasses fog up or it's difficult to look down. Now, I can't imagine going without one (unless out for a walk on my own). It just makes sense.

I do wear one when I'm in public... it's the least I can do to help protect others. I find that people who claim to "do their own research" usually just cherry pick information (or worse, infographics) to back up their own politically biased thinking. Americans are the shithole country now... we've got a wall, but it's to keep up in!

I def wear a mask. I listen to the medical professionals not the arm chair researchers. I also listen to those on the front lines when it comes to re opening things. This is not a political issue...its abt saving lives...i wear a mask to protect you and me. Im also going stir crazy. Im alone and before this, i could at least go out and hang with friends. I cant even do that. I too have lost a family member to this. I do cry....often....in fact as i write this, tears are flowing. Im touch deprived....not good. For me......weed and tequilla help. You ve gotta find what works for you . Good Luck with it all. This too shall pass....hopefully ~~

I wear a bandana that is folded so there are 3 layers over my nose and mouth when in businesses.

Does the couch time include someone else on the same couch?

I am sorry you are feeling down. I am pretty introvert, so this is my way of life, I love to stay at home, but if you are an active person, and forced to stay inside, ya, not good.

Plus you must miss the person who passed, too. I hate to say it, but as crazy as this world is coming down, they are in the better place now. But it won't help you from stop missing them much, tho. I miss my mom and dad, my mom has been gone 7 years, and dad for 17 years. I still talk to them in my head all the time, as if they are right next to me. Every day. Probably more, because this crazy things going on now.

Are you having the mask issue when you wear glasses? Try roll up a piece of tissue and insert behind the mask. Right at the top. What it is that, it will stop the exhaled air from escaping from the top of mask into the glasses. It might help, it's a Japanese trick and you know we wear glasses a lot. Try it.

Even if it is true that masks are not that effective I'm not comfortable around people who refuse to use a mask. These are people who don't give a shit about how what they do or don't do affects the people around them.

Please don't let me be misunderstood.

I wear a mask at all times in public - except while actually exercising at the gym.

I've postponed one big trip this year and am about to do so for the second one.

Work travel is basically forbidden - which is a bummer since much of my playtime came during those trips.

Sometimes, I'm pretty introverted and being home alone is normal for me. I rarely went anywhere aside from Lowes or the grocery store anyway except for work, so social distancing is nothing that new for me, but being cooped up with no social interaction at all still depresses me.

I will wear a mask if i'm around a lot of people somewhere, but I interact with few and don't worry about getting it. Eventually though, I think we'll all get it.

We just cant shut everything down again.

You know hun we are all having a hard time dealing with not being able to go out, and visit family and friends, or even travel for that matter. It's so important that we wear our masks as we always do, not just to protect ourselves but others in the community.

I have to say I was at that meme about the bringing the wrong husband home. I loved it thank you for sharing it, it's good that we are able to keep a sense of humor as it keeps us somewhat sane.

I hope you have a relaxing Sunday hun..

Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

Coldplay - "Cry Cry Cry"

Cry, cry, cry, baby
Cry, cry, cry
In a book about the world
Called the luminous things
There are trees and flowers growing
While trees are bold as ever seen
When you cry, cry, cry, baby
When you cry, cry, cry
When you cry, cry, cry, baby
I'll be by your side
Don't want us to hurt each other
Or cause each other pain
Don't want to feel what they don't know
We're in this together, baby
We're as singing is to rain

Hang in there. Have a good cry if you need one.
I wear a mask. I t is to protect others and to prevent me from touching my face.
The incidence of covid is quite low here but it is not zero.
I am very disappointed that only around 10 % are wearing masks here.
I wish is was mandated that they must be worn in indoor public places.
